No. We personalise some, but, like all gift shops on the high street or internet, we use other companies. These are known as 'drop shippers', which means on receipt of your order this is passed to the drop shipping company who personalise your gift and, to save time, send it direct to you.
We use the largest heraldic research company in the world who are based in Canada. That company have been building a database of coats of arms and surname histories since the early 1970s. We have had the UK licence to sell the results of their research since 1996. We pay the research company a fee each time we print a coat of arms or surname history from their database and, because we hold a master licence, the fee is less than other sellers in the UK. Some sellers charge double our prices!
Sorry, probably not. Some of the gifts we offer can include an accent, but most cannot. Please contact us to check.
That's a difficult one. To save time and cost, the people who manufacturer and personalise the various gifts we sell send them directly to the customer. Some of these companies will provide gift wrapping, others will not; so to simplify matters we do not offer gift wrapping. We do however offer personalised greeting cards so if you add one the receiver will then know who the gift is from and that may be an acceptable answer.
